Pet Records
The other day, a dog wandered into my yard, a
very cute poodle. He was a strange dog, not one
that I had seen before. Since I knew most of the
neighbors dogs, I did not know how to find his
owner. He had a collar on, but no dog tags. It
was for this very situation that

was created. I could have removed the jump
drive, taken it into my home computer and known
whom to call to reunite him with his owner.
Luckily, his owner was walking the neighborhood
and spotted him. Unfortunately, not every "lost
dog" story ends happily.
When people are forced to evacuate quickly, pets
can be left behind. With hurricane Katrina, many
of the pets became permanently separated from
